Notes:

• All passive and active participants, as well as other interested individuals have the opportunity to participate in the competition.
• Prices for participating in the competition are as follows:
  Category I:      20 €
  Category II:     25 €
  Category III:    30 €
  Category IV:   35 €
  Category V:    40 €
  Category VI:   50 €
• All the categories (I -V) will have one stage, except the oldest one (VI) which will have two stages
• Three different juries in first stage and one global in finals (for the Category VI) consisting of lecturers (participating in the festival) will follow the competition and decide on the awards
• The competition is open to the public
• The decisions of the Jury are final
• The order of appearance of the competitors will be arranged in alphabetical order and announced at the beginning of the Festival (15 August 2007)
• The candidates must perform the compositions from memory
• Three to five most successful candidates from Category VI will pass to the second stage (finals)
• The candidates must not play the same composition in both stages
• The list of the prizes winners will be announced an hour after each category finishes, and the prizes will be given the same day during the ceremony in the Music school (18 hours)
• In the case of two competitors gain the same score, younger will be given priority
