HOW TO APPLY, RULES, ACCOMMODATION:
- The dead line for submission of applications is 10th of August 2007
- The candidates are obliged to submit the following documents:
- duly

- a copy of birth certificate

- The registration fee
For active
participants the registration fee is 120 €
(4 individual master classes (40 min each) and presence during all
other classes – 160 classes in all; tickets for all the concerts
(7 nights- 10 concerts); free entrance to the Guitar Art Summer Fest
beach; excursion around Boka to Kotor; opportunity of participating
in the work of guitars orchestra)
For passive
participants the registration fee is 80 €

participating in the work of guitars orchestra).
- The additional
fee for the competition goes from 20 € to 50 € depending
upon the category. All passive and active participants, as well as
other interested individuals have the opportunity to participate in
the competition.
- Payment should be made in cash to Guitar Art Summer Fest desk
when applying and getting all materials and program information on
the first day of the festival (August 15, 2007, 9 – 12 AM, Music
school in Herceg Novi).
- The total number of classes during the Festival is 160. It means
that the number of candidates meant for individual classes (active
participants) is limited to 40, according to the fact that 4 classes
(40 minutes each) should be provided for every candidate.
Applying starts on 1 May 2007. First 40 candidates will be provided
4 individual classes, regardless to age, success, school or the country
of origin.
The candidate should list the names of six professors whom with
he would like to have a class. The Festival Commission will decide on
4 professors (less occupied professors will be given priority) and make
a time table which the candidate approves.
- In case of cancellation by the candidate, the registration fee cannot
be reimbursed.
- The participants bear the travel and accommodation expenses in Herceg
Novi.
- There is
a full accommodation offer for the participants as well as for the guests
/ parents
(price: 180 Euro – more
information on the first day when applying)
Meals (90 Euro a person): 7 days: breakfast,
lunch, dinner in the Guitar Art Summer Fest restaurant
Accommodation (90 Euro a person): 7 nights,
taxes included – double and triple bedrooms (in private accommodation
in the area of Stari grad-Old town).
- The offers could be used separately (only accommodation or only meals)
or the participants can organize everything themselves.

- There is
a possibility of buying tickets for all the concerts (7 nights - 10 concerts)
in the price of 40 € which is a special
possibility for the guests and participants parents.

daily schedule of the Festival events will be announced at the beginning
of the Festival.
